Computer diagnostics typically involve using software, hardware, part substitution, partial or complete disassembly, and knowledge accumulated over many years of experience. Often times the diagnosis leads to the realization that the cost of repair exceeds the value of the computer diagnosed. In this case, if the customer elects NOT to repair the computer, we still need to collect the diagnostic fee for the time, effort and experience expended during the course of the diagnosis a minimum bench/service charge of $50.00 PER DESKTOP AND $75.00 PER LAPTOP COMPUTER DIAGNOSTIC FEE
